Wallet Stolen
An Emporium area woman's wallet stolen from car.
Jean McWilliams, Plank Road Hollow, Emporium, reported that unknown actor(s) removed her wallet from her vehicle which was parked in her garage overnight on Tuesday/Wednesday.
Anyone with information is asked to contact Emporium PSP at 814-486-3321. Trooper Smith is the investigating officer.

Geez, I read that little article twice, and couldn't find where it pointed out that the garage was locked.
a lock only keeps an honest person out
