Thats bs.
2 and ahalf months ago ??? cover up gone bad er what???
a small amount of marijuana? really? why bother the guy?
I feel so much more safe now.
Police just got around to take care of this arrest??? But ppl., a small amount, or a truck load,IT IS ILLEGAL!!!!!!!!!!!
they have to send the drugs to a lab in order to charge with this offense. it takes months to get lab results back..
no cover up, just waiting to file the right charges as they are required to.
The thing that gets me about this is that it was a requested check of welfare. Someone wanted to make sure that he was O.K. and that resulted in the arrest.
After today three states will be possibly legalizing small amounts of Mary Jane for personal use.Colorado will definately pass as polls had it 75-25 in favor.MD,MN, are the other two but polls had those states a little closer.Only a matter of time before others follow suit.PA will be one of the last but oh its coming.
3:16, he obviously was not okay. He was allegedly in possession of a narcotic and that is not okay. It's a good thing someone checked on his welfare.
Remember that you said this next time your doctor gives you a prescription. They clearly say "narcotic" on the bottle. But thats ok because the government has interest in them
