Property Damage Auto Accident Results in DWI Arrest

On Wednesday, November 29, 2012, NYS Police Amity responded to a report of a car overturned in a ditch on CR 31, in the town of Andover.
The accident investigation resulted in the arrest of John E. Stebbins, 62, of Hartsville for Driving While Intoxicated and other vehicle and traffic law infraction. Stebbins was processed and issued tickets returnable to the Town of Andover court on December 17.
