That doesn't happen in POTTER!
At least here the operators are smart enough to apply for "regulatory inactive"status so they can leave their wells unplugged indefinably... like some of the Marcellus shale gas booms exploratory wells.
DUH!
Maybe one of the operators here can explain to that operator how to avoid plugging legally.
